Day 7: Kaizen - continuous improvement. I became obsessed with this word last year. Wabi-sabi was another one I liked - finding the beauty in imperfection. These are great reminders.
Looking back at everything I wrote, I still feel I'm on the path. LFG!
Day 7 - Kaizen - continuous improvement. Let's go, baby.
@Alexander @PSquared are you still with us? Let's go!
gabriel Thanks for the poke (not a pun, I meant jab, not a poke bowl-Hawaiian by the way. You know you should get out more when your brain automatically writes in puns). Makes me accountable to finish the B90X. There are 3 major things I owe to Japanese culture: Sushi, Kaizen and Japanese rock gardens.
Day #8 - What are you reading? at the moment all I read right now is https://www.8bit.trading/ and materials from the library.
PSquared +1 to Sushi
Day 8 - I'm reading Anthony De Mello's The Way of Love, and Marcus Aurelius's Meditations.
Articles on Web3 - on twitter threads, odysseydao.com.,,
Audiobook: The Laws of Power by Robert Greene.
SwayMolina Keep going!
Day 9 - 2020 forced me to connect digitally with a new circle of friends. Both creatively and financially. It's been a challenge. On the bright side, I would have never imagined having friends from all over the world with the same passion to get out of the rat race - to grow - and learn new and challenging futuristic things. Its a great time to be alive.
Let's go!
Day #9 - I have recently applied for a different position in my work place to actually extract myself from the toxic people and move myself to work more in the solitude position.
gabriel Change your people, places and things and your life will change.
PSquared amen to that. thanks brotha
Day 10 - Rest. This is a long-term game.
Day 10 - rest.
Day 11 - Time box. I like that. I've been time blocking for the past couple of months (not perfectly tho). At first, I went all out. I was pretty ambitious then I realized how unachievable (and insane) everything I was planning for was. Which was a great lesson. Here's a tip - if you're calendar looks insanely messy and chaotic - that's a reflection of how you currently are.
I'm going to double on the discipline that is required to stick to timeboxing/blocking. Keep it simple. Reduce anxiety. Stay focused.
Day 11 - to time box the all things is indeed important thing that I'm missing.
