Yesterday, I watched a Ted talk by Susan David. The title was "This is the power of accepting your negative emotions". One of the quotes that stuck out to me the most was "“discomfort is the price of admission to a meaning full life". I love this!
As children we face many fears of the unknown. It’s essential the most trial and error stage of your entire existence because you really don’t have much to lose. I want you to imagine YOU in 10th Grade. What did you fear most that brought you negative discomfort?
