TheBitcoin.Pub V2 - A New Era!
The Dawn Of Digital Currency: The Inception Of Bitcoin.
Humanities greatest monetary achievement since the inception of paper-money, created in 2008, Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer network without a centralized intermediary, enabling anonymous transactions without the need of a governmental institution or corporate entity. This is the future, this is Bitcoin!
Glad to be part of a revamped version of the Pub! The nostalgia!
peter been with you since December 2017. Hodling ICX since the same time. Staking it as soon as able. Still hold my ADA, XLM, ETC, NEO and not nearly enough BTC. Been hibernating for a while now, claiming my IScore staking reward growing my ICX stack. Still believe in the idea of Icon and cryptocurrency. If you have been watching all of the market manipulation with the hedge funds playing dirty the need for integrity and immutability is higher than ever. Happy to be here with you all.
Matt
Welcome to all of our newcomers! We're glad to have you here!
Its pretty incredible to witness the evolution of the space and ICON and how fast 3 years has flown by.
Been using ICON-Fi the past week and boy is it an awesome app!
2021 I would love to dedicate to Building leveraging - But is it tricky to think about an approach to take!
Hey hey hey JonJarAsh from the Bitcoin.Pub here. We know you always grinding Sir Peter.
Oh, and I believe my name was bdon at The Pub. I went into hybernation, but would pop in every now and then to keep tabs on ICX and Bitcoin. Was saddened to see how dead the place had become in recent times.
Bdon hey
So theres a difference between the wallet which offers the feature enabling you to stake and ICON-Fi
ICON-Fi is a company which must comply with regulations to operate.
It is a lending platform which enables you to lend BTC, ETH. Also enables staking ICX in a slightly different way.
Im experimenting with a small sum of BTC, im not willing to take big risks, but i did take advantage of the 20% presignup offer and have BTC locked for 90 days at a rate of 7.5% APY.
from Min himself, he says the company has enough funds to cover any losses if they were to occur.
thats of course just "words" but thus far i don't have a reason to doubt him. Just up to you!
