Memo
When we complete a task or meet a goal, itโs always a great idea to validate results. This is not a mechanism for self doubt, but how you can better execute the next time you complete your tasks.
We like to believe that we are always right, but we make mistakes all of the time. This is normal, and apart of the process. There are of course, times when we are on a roll, and get that 100% win.
There are two sides of this coin, but no matter which, itโs always great to validate results. What did I do here that was so great? Why did this go south, but still reached completion in the end? These questions arise through validation, and your answers help you win even more.
