Do not skip out on taking care of your wellbeing. Every action starts with you, and if you aren’t at the top of your game, things can go south, very fast.
This doesn’t mean just diet and exercise. Being attentive to your behaviors, both mentally and physically are equally important. Things break down and rebuild, but constant breakdown leaves no room for repair.
Cumulative, small steps will go a long way, and this is not a complicated process. Ensure that you eat well, rest properly, and know your bodies limits. The more you understand about yourself, the better you plan and execute the next day.
