We all do something very well, and that something is simply being consistent. It’s a skill not hard to find in our daily lives. It’s in everything that we do, even the most simplest tasks, all happening in a passive manner.
A goal to seek is to maintain a consistent relationship with productive actions. We are masters in being consistent with necessities, getting up every day to simply do something everyday that allows us to function.
Aiming to be consistent in task specific functions are leveling up. When we do, it’s almost as if we attain a peripheral superpower that allows us to do the most difficult tasks without a second thought. Master consistent behaviors to reach new heights of skill, body, and mind.
