As we go through our everyday lives, we often doubt ourselves in our pursuits. While it may be / seem frustrating, it's normal to reflect on the outputs that you give daily, whether it be negative or positive.
The goal is how you handle that self doubt. Self doubt isn't something that is meant to bring you down, but instead, is bringing about greater leverage to your outputs. By creating actionable behaviors from your own doubts, you propel yourself by creating new path ways in which to act.
Knowing how to act when negative thoughts flow, will allow you to win in the end, because you are creating an internal system to reflect in a positive way. Everyday you will have moments of uncertainty, but turning those into certainties is how you create momentum.
