My wife is an HGTV addict (there is no help for her, I got to HGTV-Anon); I came in this morning, and low and behold a Heavy Metal rocker from RI is buying a house in Savannah GA. We are not talking Metallica/Black Sabbath-- we are talking Garage band, so instead of waiting tables, the guy made some shrewd investments.
