Doing so allows you to find flaws, and build a better future.

Don't be afraid to renew things you have built out. It will lead to greater things, and it's something you should definitely do.

@TheRock (bad actor, 'great sports entertainer') is metaphorically a good role model.
He evolved under immense pressure, dramatically changed and yet never crumbled. He doesn't explode when provoked. He is clearly a metaphoric rock in my eyes.

My LinkedIn profile has a sound byte from Eminem; and it just happens to be on Super Bowl as well.
