It has yet to be announced, but number 138 on the P-Rep tracker as of today 2/9/21, Binance Node is one of the nodes that are coming online. If this is true, this will be massive for the ecosystem as it provides legitimacy from the largest exchange in the entire cryptocurrency space. It proves that Binance sees longevity and validity within the ICON Project, and the ICON Foundation on their Twitter account teased with a picture snapshot to make sure you're staking. This can be huge for the ICON Project when it is announced!
