Greetings ICONists, it is important to digest and understand numerous social and technical metrics that accompany the prowess and ambition of different P-Reps. It is important to devise your own sense of metrics when selecting a P-Rep to vote for. To begin, ask yourself, what P-Reps are actively building, what P-Reps are active on social media, what P-Reps are actively dumping their rewards, what P-Reps are promising technical advancements in the ICON Ecosystem and haven't delivered, what type of community have they created, what are the credentials of the team members of each P-Rep, have they participated in P-Rep Meetings with the Foundation or each-other, what type of partnerships have been forged, do they have a history of malicious activity etc.? These are all things to consider when choosing a P-Rep to vote for! NOTE: YOU WILL GARNER THE SAME AMOUNT OF REWARDS VIA STAKING/VOTING REGARDLESS OF WHICH P-REP YOU VOTE FOR AND THE SLASHING PENALTY SURROUNDING SERVER PRODUCTIVITY TIMES NO LONGER EXISTS FOR THOSE WHO STAKE!
