It is important to note that the top 22 P-Reps in the ICON Ecosystem are the only validators that produce blocks, so server uptime and productivity are not always the calling card of a good P-Rep when you enter the the numbers 22-137.
This is why at Catena we truly encourage our users to research any P-Rep that you find interesting and make a decision to vote and stake with P-Reps that speak true to you. Judge a team not just by one component, but of many. What do they bring to the table, how is their social media outreach, what d'apps have they built, what is their roadmap, how is their server productivity, how much have they given back to the network? It is common to see nodes that are outside the top 22 with a possible 0 productivity in server uptime as they don't produce blocks, BUT, that doesn't mean they're inactive P-Reps, it CAN mean they're inactive P-Reps however and this is worth noting.
